PVE-S is a cross-linked film, compared with PVB and SGP, it has strong hot and cold adhesion, strong moisture resistance, high-temperature creep resistance, and stable edges of laminated glass without debonding or bubbles. It has high-strength static load, higher than PVB laminated glass. It also has excellent low-temperature impact resistance and stable bonding force. In addition, its flame retardancy, anti-combustion, and anti-glass detachment performance are superior to PVB and SGP. PVE-S can be stored and transported at room temperature. The laminating process can be directly adopted by roller press, high-pressure kettle layer pressing, and has a wide process window with few bubbles. PVE-S can shorten the processing time, be high-temperature baked to improve production efficiency, save energy, reduce consumption, and increase output.
